all, Recently I took a trip to visit a friend at EMU.
And if you have been paying attn. to me lately you would
know I have been down in the dumps. Well I feel better
after my little vacation, and this vacation inspired
a poem. Thanks to all you for your support, it is funny
how something so little can make your mind and heart

hearts Journey"
Little by little
Day by day
I lost something special
I couldn't make it stay
Little by little
Day by day
I sought but did not find
I fought and left it behind
Piece by piece,
I started to fade.
My heart crumbled,
I just couldn't find the shade.
I wondered and pondered,
and ignored the pain.
The pain of the tearing,
the vacancy, and disdain.
This hole I was searching,
was once home to my heart.
But I have grown so cold,
and so weak it hurts.
Ready to give up,
Ready to fail.
A little voice said,
"No, you will prevail!."
On a journey of hours,
and in the company of a friend,
I have found my heart again!
The growing passion,
the melting ice.
My vacancy is filled with warmth,
and my heart back with a small price.
Without searching
without knowledge or effort
Hope has found me
and my life fulfills me.
The journey is over,
but my life is just beginning.
Hope is being had,
and my heart is beating.
Little by little
Day by day
I gave up hope
I couldn't make stay.
Little by little
Day by day
I found what was missing
I found my heart on this day.
