Excellence in the art of sound, where art meets music. With this Friday’s Gallery spectacular, where do you begin? The main room’s always a good bet and to kick the month off we invite old resident Seb Fontaine down to renew old acquaintances with Gallery God and former partner in crime Tall Paul. It’s been years since the two have played together at the ‘Mills and adding to this sense of occasion will be Umek - one of biggest purveyors of techno, who’ll be making a very rare appearance. Replacing him will be Euphoria man Anthony Dean, who takes time out to trance things up nicely for us at the end. Newcomer Grahame Lloyd will be on starters orders early on.

Elsewhere, Nic Fanciulli celebrates the 1st Birthday of his rather cool Fandango party with an exclusive Boat Party for 350 revelers down the River Thames, followed by a carry on (it could get messy!) back at Turnmills for more of the same. Nic’s rise to the top has been nothing short of the exceptional, with gigs around the world with Deep Dish, regular Ibiza headline slots, Essential Mixes, chart success and most recently his new Radio 1 “Residency”. His DJ guests for the night, is a kind of free for all of those that have played over the past 12 months with Paul Woolford and Greg Vickers leading the way, as part of 3rd Wave – Nic’s production guise with these two northern rockers! All three will be playing at the club and aboard the “Dutch Master” boat (where The Gallery hosted Armin’s Armada in July with Armin Van Buuren), with Paolo Mojo, Wandy, Anil Chawla and Rob Cockerton adding support behind the decks. Then it’s back to The Gallery for more of the same… only you won’t fall over board trying
to find the toilets!! Boat & Club tickets are £20.

The Gallery goes trance in a big way on Friday 10th September with a huge line-up featuring two of the scene’s all-time greats alongside two young pretenders to their throne!! Who do we mean? Well, Radio 1’s ever so enthusiastic Judge Jules will be leading the way with his regular Gallery roadblock alongside Dutchman M.I.K.E – who’s produced some of the biggest Gallery anthems to date (think, Push, Strange World and Universal Nation!!). Representing the nu-skool will be recent Essential Mixers –
Smith & Pledger, two of the hottest Trance Producers on the block and Gareth Emery aka GTR,
another young talent with a huge future ahead of him.

Flip to the backroom for the Bedrock Original Series Album Tour Party with your host for the night
Desyn Masiello who mixed the album. As one of Deep Dish’s favourite DJs and as one of the UK’s
biggest rising stars, Desyn will be taking you on a journey through the sound of the underground,
from house to breaks and minimal techno and back again. Joining Desyn will be special guests
Rowan Blades and Leon Roberts.

After last Friday’s trance-fest, The Gallery returns to Turnmills on Friday 17th September with another major session offering more of the same!! This week we invite down Dutch Trancer Ferry Corsten to play a very special 4 hour set alongside the people’s champion Eddie Halliwell. Both DJs have been grabbing the headlines for the last few years with match-winning sets across the globe and the fans will be out in force to see their beloved jocks in action!! Gallery resident John Aksew picks up the mantle later on, with Richard Mowbray up first.

Over in Room 2, we launch a brand new backroom party – Peninsular to mark the closing parties in Ibiza. Expect Balearic beats a go-go, courtesy of Pacha resident Angel Linde. Having played alongside just about every top DJ this summer, Angel will be joined by Fiction resident Miguel Pellitero

Ibiza may have all but finished for the summer, but there’s always room for a Reunion party and who better to have at The Gallery this Friday, than Armin Van Buuren!! Armin has taken clubland by storm over the past few years and he’s had great success on the white isle this summer with his first full Armada season. So, this week’s offering will feature those artists on his Armada rostrum – Remy, Harry Lemon and Gavyn Mytchel (Gallery resident), plus obviously the man himself… who returns to The Gallery in glorious style after his exclusive 8 Hour Set at the August Bank holiday. We also give a debut to Larry Nelson, who won a recent monthly mix competition in i-DJ Magazine

Room 2 will be hosted by Mongo Bongo, Mixmag’s “No.1 night in the South-East”. The boys from Kent will be bringing their “FilthyFunkyTribalHouse” sound to London with special headline guests Steve Mac and Serge Santiago. Steve Mac has produced some of the year’s biggest tracks including his collaboration’s with Mutiny and Pete Tong, plus his label Variation Recordings is also doing big things at present. Stompaphunk fave Serge Santiago is best known for his time in Radio Slave and for the hundred’s of remixes and re-edits he’s done over the years. Everyone from Kylie, Bob Sinclar, X-Press 2, Dave Clarke and Armand Van Helden have all had the Santiago treatment!! Mongo Bongo residents Simon Rous and Marcel Kane will be up early doors, before fellow MB resident, Turnmills regular and now Mixmag Future Hero, Anil Chawla will take the night to its epic finale late on!!
